Materials
Structure in solid brushed pine wood, with edging of the friction areas to prolong the useful life of the suspension, covered with 30 and 60 kg/m3 foams. Sometimes metal elements are used to reinforce the structures.
The different types of metal used are AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel with great resistance to corrosion caused by atmospheric and chemical agents, oven-lacquered metal so that the primer has great resistance to impacts and scratches, and chrome-plated steel.
The woods used, such as beech, oak, walnut or ash, come from renewable forests. Depending on the product for which they are intended, they are subjected to different types of finishes, natural (respecting the color of the wood, a layer of protection is applied), tinted (the wood is subjected to a prior dyeing process to later protect it) and lacquered ( to achieve a smooth and homogeneous color).

Polyurethane foams used of different densities depending on the use and the benefits provided for each model. CFCC (Chloro-Fluoro-Carbon) free foam and does not contain chemicals harmful to health.
Spring seat pillows, Spring System, formed by a block of individually pocketed springs, inside walls of HR 35 kg/m3 foam and completely covered by an extra-thin layer of silicone fiber. Spring System keeps the “sit” intact for years and contributes to excellent comfort.
Silicone hollow fiber, anti-mite, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. Its fabric is 100% microfiber with an extra soft touch. The fiber facilitates air circulation and reduces the appearance of humidity. Made of hypoallergenic fabric due to its composition, it does not cause allergies.
High-quality, high-performance microfiber that faithfully simulates goose down. Getting the comfort and ergonomics of down pillows without the inconveniences of allergies and feather loss.
Fabrics. Due to the large number of fabrics on the market, Belta Frajumar recommends the use of fabrics from its samples for its products. Certified fabrics that have been subjected to quality tests in textile technology centers so that they correctly comply with the use for which they have been manufactured. For the correct maintenance of the fabrics, you must follow the specifications indicated on each of the samples.
