1967
In 1967, Francisco Juan Martínez founded Frajumar. Family business guided by a dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit that is committed to quality, innovation and design. Focused, since its beginnings, on the creation of a timeless product without forgetting traditional knowledge.
Originally, it was dedicated to the manufacture of furniture on a tubular steel structure. Models such as the Rocking Chair and Chair No. 22 are two of the reference models in the history of the company. Tables and auxiliary tables also completed the firm’s first catalogue. In general, metal furniture with original shapes and different from the competition. Resulting in a complete catalog of products, recognizable in any point of sale nationwide. Some first furniture collections with the aim of fully satisfying the needs of contemporary life.
1995
In 1995, with the gradual incorporation of their three children into the board of directors, it took a new direction, due to their work experiences in the world of design and marketing, they adopted a strategy based on collaboration with designers, contributing to their products the commercial values imposed by the design itself.
Making this the backbone and the key tool for the management of their business activity, which has allowed them to transform a common product, such as the sofa, into another clearly differentiated one, distancing themselves from the great competition that affects their sector and ensuring a solid and continuous growth. Where the core function of design and quality encompasses every manifestation of the company. The adoption of these values is a consequence of the training instilled by its founder, Francisco Juan Martínez, to all those members of the team that make up the company. People who apply these values to their daily work every day.
2002
In 2002, he began to participate in hotel projects derived from the close relationship with interior designers, designers and architects who develop products for the firm. As a result of this, Beltá Frajumar was created, a brand dedicated exclusively to the hospitality sector, made up of a team of professionals specialized in the development, manufacturing and assembly of furniture for hotel projects.
Today, Beltá Frajumar, as a manufacturer, offers a wide range of services to carry out all types of interior design projects on a national and international scale, supported by each of the installations carried out.
2016
In 2016, after the search for a different concept in hotel spaces, the initiative of the Contract Environment Design Award, InterCIDEC, was born.
The contest, created and organized by Beltá Frajumar, aims to cover a latent need in the hotel sector and Hospitality/Contract channel.
It is intended for architectural professionals, interior designers, decorators in the sector in general. InterCIDEC proposes a contest where the participant has the opportunity to develop their creativity and imagination to carry out projects that are truly interesting, with the main objective that these projects become real works that can be executed later.
2022
What better time, in a year like this, to reflect and dedicate time to what interests us, time to know in detail what surrounds us and be aware of the value of the things that happen to us every day.
Today the company is undergoing a great transformation. Experience and history teach us that it is necessary to analyze everything that has happened to act in the present and to know how to interpret the future.
